Beyond the three private villas, the Thiên Ý estate is expanding to include a hotel on a romantic city lake and a recreated princely Nguyễn manor. Each will open with its own restaurant, atmosphere, and architectural language — but all will share the singular Thiên Ý philosophy.
An early twentieth-century, oneiric composition. An entrance house opening onto the Citadel's main street, and a principal axis unfolding across the lake toward the mountains. A hotel of uncommon atmosphere, where history and dream intertwine.

A recreation of a princely dwelling in traditional Huế style, rooted in lineage, proportion, and ceremonial order. At Manor, architecture, manners and ambience —each— are drawn into an entrancing ritual.
