Display Priority Policy

The room search on book.thienyhue.com orders results using the fixed criteria below. As required by law, we publish all the main criteria.

1. How results are ordered

1. Availability for your dates: only villas and rooms available for those dates appear in the main results. Those already fully booked are shown separately at the bottom, marked as unavailable, so you know they exist and can try other dates.
2. Fit for your party: options that fit your whole party come first; options that fit only part of it (and can be combined with another) follow, in a separate group.
3. Price: within the "fits your party" group, results are ordered by total price, lowest first. Within the "fits part of your party" group, results are ordered by capacity, largest first, because larger options are easier to combine.
4. Equivalent rooms: at Thiên Ý Lake, rooms of the same type are grouped as one option; the system picks the lowest-priced available room of that type.

2. Criteria we do not use

We do not use the following to promote or restrict what is displayed:

• Paid placement (the Website only offers Thiên Ý's own services);
• Your search or booking history;
• Reviews, feedback or number of successful bookings;
• Your country or location (location is only used to suggest the currency for reference prices; it does not affect order or price);
• Payment method.

3. How you can choose or change the criteria

You can change what is displayed by:

• Choosing arrival and departure dates, number of adults, number and ages of children on the search page ("Edit search");
• Choosing the stay type: both villas and bedrooms / whole villas only / bedrooms only;
• Choosing the property: both Thiên Ý Lake and Thiên Ý Villas / Thiên Ý Lake only / Thiên Ý Villas only (when both are open);
• Choosing the language and the currency for reference prices.
