3. Items that do not apply
- Livestream selling: thienyhue.com and book.thienyhue.com have no livestream selling feature and no livestream sellers. If such a feature is introduced, its regulations will be published here before it goes live.
- Delivery: we do not sell physical goods through the website. Accommodation is provided at our premises in Huế. Booking confirmations, invoices and documents are sent by email; no carrier is involved.
- Third-party sellers, seller accounts, seller fees: none. The website only sells the services of Công ty TNHH Thương Mại và Đầu tư LOR.
- Loyalty points, cashback or redeemable rewards: none at present.
