Pricing Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made through thienyhue.com and book.thienyhue.com and all services used at Thiên Ý.

1. Prices of services on the Website

1.1 Currency and tax

• Prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND), per night, for each villa, room or room type.
• Room prices include value added tax (VAT) at the current rate (currently 8%). No VAT is added to room charges at payment.
• Room prices include breakfast for the number of guests booked, unless the booking page clearly states "breakfast not included".
• The booking pages may show prices converted into other currencies (USD, EUR…) for reference. These are indicative only, using daily-updated exchange rates; the amount payable is the VND amount.

1.2 Delivery costs

None. Services are provided at our premises in Huế; no goods are delivered.

1.3 Total amount and other costs

Before you confirm a booking, the review page shows the total price of the stay (nightly prices, number of nights, any promotion) and the deposit payable now. Nothing else is added to the room price other than the following, which apply only if you use them:

• Food, drink and on-site services beyond breakfast (private dinners, private chef, afternoon tea, drinks, experiences, transfers…): charged at the prices on our menus and price lists. Prices on food, drink and service menus exclude VAT; VAT at the current rate is added on the invoice and shown separately.
• Children: conditions and any supplement for children are shown when you enter the number and ages of children, before you confirm. We do not provide extra beds.
• Early check-in / late check-out: subject to availability; any supplement is quoted in advance for your agreement.
• Remediation fees for breaches of the house rules: smoking indoors (up to VND 5,000,000), or the cost of repairing or replacing damaged property, under our Terms.
• Bank fees charged by your card issuer or bank (for example currency conversion fees) are charged by your bank, not by Thiên Ý.

1.4 Promotions

Every promotion or discount code states its content, conditions, validity and discount; the discounted amount is shown before you confirm the booking.

1.5 Price changes

Prices may change for new bookings. Once a booking is confirmed, its price is fixed and will not be increased.

2. Fees charged to sellers

Not applicable. The Website only sells the services of Công ty TNHH Thương Mại và Đầu tư LOR; there are no third-party sellers, and we charge no fees for opening or maintaining accounts or processing orders. If seller fees are ever introduced, the fee schedule, how each fee is calculated and when it applies will be published on this page at least 20 days before it takes effect.
